User Data Deletion — cardoO

What this page covers

cardoO (Cardoo, SAE. — Egypt) uses Meta Platform services to reply to customers who message us on Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct and WhatsApp. Our customer-service assistant runs on our own automation server (n8n) and may store the following about a conversation:

• Your Meta-scoped user ID (PSID / IGSID) or WhatsApp phone number
• The text of the messages you send us and our replies
• Attachments you send (images or voice notes) — processed to answer you, then discarded
• Order, delivery or support details you choose to share with us

We do not sell this data and we do not use it for advertising. Conversation history is kept only to serve you and to improve our customer service.

How to request deletion of your data

1. Send an email to it@cardoo.co with the subject "Data deletion request", or simply write "delete my data" in the same Messenger / Instagram / WhatsApp chat.
2. Tell us which platform you contacted us on (Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp) and the account name or phone number you used, so we can find your conversation.
3. We will delete your conversation history, identifiers and any attachments from our systems within 30 days and confirm by email or in the chat.

If you also want Meta to remove the data it holds, use the "Remove" option for the cardoO app under Settings → Apps and Websites on Facebook or Instagram.
